Double Tap Agency X Suicide Prevention Australia

PPP4SPA Northern Beaches Charity Event for Suicide Prevention Australia

This is us after a long, crazy, exhausting but extremely rewarding 24hrs hosting PPP4SPA Northern Beaches at Newport Surf Life Saving Club last year!

This year we are back! Double Tap Agency are proud supporters of Suicide Prevention Australia and this year we continue our support by again hosting the 24hr Charity Treadmill Run/Walk at Newport Surf Life Saving Club.

We'd love if you joined us in raising money for a cause we are extremely passionate about. In Australia 8 people a day loose their battle to mental illness with 6 of those being men and of those aged in their 20's suicide makes up a third of all deaths. Making suicide the highest killer in this country! Facts are hard to ignore.

So what is PPP4SPA?

PPP4SPA is a 24 hour treadmill challenge bringing together the community to raise awareness and much needed funds for suicide prevention. Community members are invited to register to run or walk on a treadmill for just 15 minutes with registration fees being donated directly to SPA.

The PPP4SPA event rst launched in Sydney in 2013, with almost $300,000 raised so far. The National rollout has seen events take place in Gold Coast, Perth, Melbourne, Wollongong and Newport.

Our 2017 Event!

6pm 26th May - 6pm 27th May members of the Northern Beaches community will band together to host a Plebs, Pros & Personalities (PPP4SPA) community fundraising event for Suicide Prevention Australia (SPA).

Our PPP4SPA will involve a number of celebrities, professionals and prominent community members to show their support, and we are pleased that the Manly Sea Eagles, Shannon Ponton (biggest loser). New Souths Wales Rugby League, Red Bull, Chobani, The Chia Co. and more will be joining us at the event.

If you'd like to hit the treadmill for just 15mins (yes that's it just 15mins) you can register here: www.ppp4spa.com.au
